CUÁNTO TIEMPO

Hay MUCHAS variables. El mayor retraso en cualquier proyecto es el cliente. Las revisiones oportunas y las aprobaciones de hitos son fundamentales.

Casa nueva : en un sitio plano sin demoras, se necesitarán entre 6 y 12 meses para diseñar, dibujar, enviar y completar un conjunto de dibujos 'listo para el permiso'
Construcción de casas nuevas - 8-12 meses
Renovaciones y adiciones : a menudo demoran más debido a la documentación de las condiciones existentes y la documentación de reutilización (planos de construcción)
Prototipos minoristas : de 8 a 12 meses para diseñar y documentar el escaparate, los interiores y los accesorios.
Construcción minorista : las construcciones tardarán entre 2 y 3 meses. El nuevo comercio minorista es comercial.

MI HISTORIA

John Gil, criado en Pittsburgh, Pensilvania, es el menor de dos hermanos. Hay artesanos y artesanos, líderes y gerentes en ambos lados de la familia que se remontan a Inglaterra y España. Demostrando liderazgo, comunicación, habilidades artísticas y técnicas, la Arquitectura fue la profesión elegida y OSU el lugar de la educación. Durante los años 80 y 90, Ohio State era una escuela de diseño excepcionalmente diversa que iba desde el pragmatismo hasta la deconstrucción. John adoptó el proceso diverso y, en la práctica, alinea las cualidades del Cliente en soluciones de diseño .

John tiene un gran interés en 'Cómo la naturaleza hace forma', estilos de época, tecnología y diversas historias culturales. Durante una carrera de 25 años, John se desempeñó en roles de diseño creativo y técnico con un mínimo

supervisión. Ha refinado el proceso de diseño conceptual y técnico y la gestión de proyectos para asegurar una respuesta personalizada en la mayoría de los presupuestos. Garantizamos un resultado para mejorar su estilo de vida .

John is the Owner and Creative inspiration behind Archipella Studios, a company that embodies a culmination of rigorous research and conceptual and technical design refinement. Having won several design awards including the CreativeUShop Retail Design Competition in 2011, selected from over 300 entries, attention to detail and sensitivity to concept were the determining criteria for his selection. John has worked for design firms in Ohio, Jamaica, Louisiana and California. John marries a passion for Creative Storage Solutions and Retrieval Strategies, Health Integration (Kitchens, Courtyards and Proportions), Sacred Geometry into a rigorous and fun process with a focus upon spatial flow, customized walls, colors, textures, materials, proportions and exceptional functionality.
